The TermShield warranty is simple, so simple all you need to do annually is have TermShield arrange a TermShield accredited termite inspection with a written report as per the recommendations of the Building Code of Australia. This ensures that in the unlikely event of termites breaching the TermShield system, your structure has limited damage to structural & decorative timbers used in construction.
There are no initial periods of warranty, just a simple 60 year warranty that delivers the following:
- Any breach of the TermShield system by termites by failure of the product is professionally eliminated.
- Structural & decorative timbers Gyprock damaged are repaired or replaced, up to one million dollars.
- Make good incidental damage, ie: any painting, electrical, etc.
It doesn’t matter if TermShield is protecting a home or commercial structure, it is the same cover for all.
